I have had the absolute worst experiences with the last 5 hairdressers I’ve seen. I’ve walked out after an appointment in tears more than once. So to same I’m scarred is an understatement. I was super worried when I called this salon. But I didn’t need to be. I was able to come in same day for a consultation, and straight away, Adele put me at ease. She is super professional and knowledgeable. Hormonal issues have plaid havoc with my once-lovely hair, and I was at the point of just shaving it. I had had my appointment today and I couldn’t be more happy, the whole experience was above and beyond my expectations. I felt comfortable and listened to. I adore my new hair, and I feel a million times better than I did before. Thanks Adele, I’ll see you at my next appointment.

I would love to send a very big thank you for the amazing service I received today. My hairdresser was the best I have ever been to and I really love my colour and style. Please give her my sincerest apologies as I have forgotten her name and would really love to see it on here because she is great. Everyone needs to be commended for their service that goes above and beyond any in Mackay and Brisbane. I would very highly recommend this Salon that offers everything to anyone.

Was referred to Avaia Hair by a happy customer, and after my first appointment with Joh, I can say that I would be happy to refer others to these ladies too. From the friendly booking experience, to the welcome massage, the way Joh listened and used her skill to fix my not-so-great ptevious cut, topped off by the most relaxing hair washing experience ever. All the great reviews it seems are well deserved, well done.
